We are life-long New Englanders who settled in York in 2019. While our primary home is in Maine, for over 10 years we’ve owned an island property on Lake Winnipesaukee that cannot be accessed during the winter. Owning this home has given us unique insight into what can happen to a house when it’s left unoccupied for an extended time. As year-round residents in a summer-vacation town, we are pleased to offer the service of home watch to our neighbors in York and the surrounding communities.

When we’re not working, we enjoy spending as much time by the water as possible. You’ll find us at York Harbor Beach, or Fort Foster, or chasing the sunset in our boat on Winnipesaukee. Mabel and Weezy, our black and yellow labs, come along whenever possible! We devote the winter months to hobbies - Beth channeling her creativity into various craft projects and Todd restoring one of his antique aluminum boats.
