Why Home Watch?
Your home is important to you, and when you’re away, you can trust York Harbor Home Watch to conduct weekly or bi-weekly checks of your home. We do visual inspections, looking for obvious damage, leaks, evidence of pests, and anything else that might go wrong when your home is vacant. We offer you peace of mind knowing your house is looked after when you can’t be there.
Exterior checks
Our weekly or biweekly visits include a thorough inspection of the exterior of your home. After each visit, you’ll receive a checklist outlining all inspection points, and any notes or photos to further supplement the report.
Interior checks
During each visit, York Harbor Home Watch will complete a comprehensive check of the inside of your home. This includes (but isn’t limited to) checking that all doors and windows are locked and secure, checking for any tripped breakers in the electrical panel, testing all faucets and toilets for leaks, and monitoring the temperature to ensure the heat is working properly. All checks will be documented in your report, and if any issues are identified, you or your designated point of contact will receive a phone call while we are still on site.
